For this art project since we are so close to Halloween I wanted to do something scary. Something that was very iconic. What came into my mind was the Halloween movie. The pumpkins, the knives, and the iconic masks. I wanted to create something simple with a dark background to show the two iconic images. I want to create motion by making dripping blood with the knives. I also added blood in the background to draw the viewer's eyes to the bottom title. Using different shades of red to create a depth illusion and using the handy pen tool. It will emphasize the horror aspect that I’m trying to portray. I want this piece to be very merciless and to depict “Psycho” and have that aspect or feeling of Halloween time.
